With the rise of conversational AI, users expect quick, intuitive ways to retrieve information—not just raw transcriptions. Instead of manually searching through audio transcripts, users needed a smarter way to extract key insights instantly. So, we introduced "Ask Me Anything" (AMA), an AI-powered feature that lets users ask questions directly from their transcribed audio, just like chatting with a smart assistant.

#3 Upload Status

🔍 Why We Built This Feature

Before this update, users had to navigate to the Jobs page to check the status of their uploaded files. This extra step disrupted the workflow and made the process feel disconnected. Inspired by Google Drive’s upload progress indicator, we built a real-time progress tracker directly within the File Transcription page, ensuring users could monitor progress without leaving the screen.

Strategic Goal: To drive awareness and adoption of VoiceAI’s new features, we collaborated with the marketing team to create a campaign that effectively communicated our product’s impact.

Key Focus Areas: The campaign focused on highlighting Text-to-Speech (TTS), Ask Me Anything (AI-powered search), and Dialectal Speech Recognition to reach a global audience.
