π The Before: Why Rebrand?
The old identity lacked personality and cultural depth
π Discovery
One important consideration throughout the rebrand was NeuralSpaceβs global audience, particularly markets like the Middle East. The identity needed to resonate with users in regions such as Saudi Arabia, where NeuralSpaceβs Arabic NLP tools were focused for.
To lay a strong foundation, we facilitated a 3-part brand workshop:
1) Brand Audit & Pain Points
We mapped likes, dislikes, values and gaps in the existing brand.
2) Competitive Landscape
Identified key competitors in STT/NLP:
Direct: Deepgram, Sonix, AssemblyAI (focus on speech services)
Indirect: Google, Azure, IBM Watson (developer tools)
3) Future Vision Mapping
Using sticky-note ideation, the team defined goals like:
